🔹 WE’RE LOOKING FOR A POWDER COAT SHOP LEAD 🔹

We are looking for a hands-on person to handle the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Running the powder coat line
• Washing and preparing parts
• Inspecting and packing finished parts
• Helping walk-in customers
• Keeping the shop organized and jobs moving

This person will be working independently most of the time, so we need a self-starter who takes pride in their work, stays on task without constant supervision, and follows jobs through from start to finish.

This is a working position—you’ll be directly involved in the daily production while helping keep the shop running smoothly. Powder coating experience is a plus, along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good customer service skills.
