Many of you know Ryan, but his journey began in the field as a painter — where he developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, project detail, and teamwork. From there, he advanced through leadership roles in preconstruction and operations at some of the Midwest’s top construction firms, gaining experience across trades, estimating, and project management.

Ryan’s longstanding relationship with TJ Wies made him the perfect fit to lead and grow our prefab shop — bringing his expertise, operational knowledge, and passion for quality to every project we build. We’re thrilled to have him on board and can’t wait to see what’s next!
