After 16 years, Fidelity Investments was ready to expand and remodel its Ladue office located in The Villages at Schneithorst. A. Eilers Construction, in partnership with Structure Tone, was selected to bring Jacobs Engineering Group’s renovation design to life.

This two-story, 10,211-square-foot office features a welcoming lobby with high ceilings, tile floors, and glass-front offices accented with artwork from local artists, tasteful furnishings, and beautiful lighting details. Beyond the lobby, the space includes carpeted floors, acoustical ceilings, an open staircase, additional glass-front offices, and meeting areas.

Phase 2 has just been completed, and the Fidelity team is already enjoying the updated space as we move forward with Phase 3. This final phase will include a full pantry area, a large meeting room, focus rooms, and an open office area. Stay tuned for those final finishes 👀

🚒❗ We had the opportunity to visit the Central Core Fire Training Center (CCFTC) for their ribbon cutting ceremony! While the weather didn’t quite cooperate, it was still a great experience getting to see this project come to life. This facility will play a critical role in training those who protect and serve our surrounding communities for generations to come❗🚒

We’re proud to have been part of making it happen. Our team completed the site work for the project, including:

- Grading the lot
- Installing storm sewers
- Bringing in a new large water service to support a fire hydrant and future pavilion
- Reinforcing the parking lot to support the weight of fire trucks
- Pouring the foundation and concrete apron for the fire training building
- Installing new fencing with a 30’ cantilever gate
- Adding new electrical service and exterior lighting

The fire training building itself was designed and set by AFTS.

Celebrating 5 years with Wayne! 🎉

At A. Eilers Construction, we take pride in the growth we’ve achieved, and reaching #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in St. Louis is no small feat. Wayne has played a huge role in helping us get there through his leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

We also believe in celebrating our team along the way. When our employees hit major milestones, we like to have a little fun and recognize the hard work that got them there. For 5 years, that means a bonus toward a trip plus some extra PTO to enjoy it!

Hard hats & laptops down, game faces on ⚾️🔥

Last week, the team at A. Eilers Construction traded tools and computers for tickets and spent the afternoon soaking up Opening Day at Busch Stadium!

From the opening day ceremony, to the roar of the crowd, we made sure to capture the real energy of the day, live sounds and all ⚾️

We believe in working hard, building strong, and also taking time to enjoy moments like this together.

Big things are coming… 👀

We’re beyond excited to announce that A. Eilers Construction is moving into a brand new office space at 1555 Kisker Rd in St. Peters, MO! With our continued growth comes an expanding team, and the need for a space that supports it. This move is all about creating an environment where we can keep delivering the results our clients expect, while giving our team room to thrive.

We’re taking a 5,500 SF space down to the studs and transforming it into a modern, professional office suite. The new layout will feature 10 private offices, 9 cubicle workspaces, a large conference and training room, plus a spacious kitchenette and lobby area. We’ll also be adding 1,000 SF of dedicated storage.

What you’re seeing now are renderings of both the exterior and interior of the new space. Huge thank you to M&H Architects for the interior design, Jeff Day & Associates for the permit drawings, and Prime Designs by Nancy for the exterior design. We're grateful to all for bringing this vision to life. We can’t wait to step into this beautiful new office!
