Recent structural repair we did. Someone decided it was a good idea to remove a load bearing wall under a second floor and replace it with an undersized beam, by the time we came to repair it the beam was sagging over 3 inches. So we jacked and shored up the second floor and replaced it with a properly sized beam called out by a licensed engineer. Call us for any and all structural repairs.
