Create Visions:
Trophy Fish, located in Tampa’s Seminole Heights, the project took an existing underutilized space and turned it into one of the areas marquee spots for food and drink. The project included building a new intricately designed timber canopy and patio bar surrounded by breezeblock walls and dense tropical landscaping.

Create Spaces Reimagined:
New 34,000 sf mixed-use development project in downtown St. Petersburg is home to Create Headquarters. The six-floor building contains three levels of office space and ten residential condos overlooking Mirror Lake. The value of the residential units was realized early in the construction process through pre-sale and reduced the cost basis of the construction loan. This increased the profitability of the commercial rents on the remaining space.

The decision to rebrand was made to reflect our growth as a complete construction services company, our vision for the future, and our desire to streamline our brand identity. While our name is changing, the team, leadership, and the values we uphold will remain and continue to be the foundation of our company.

Agora, a manufacturing warehouse facility located in St. Petersburg, FL, is on schedule to open this quarter. Once completed the new facility will feature over 40,000 sf of warehouse and manufacturing space, lobby area, team meeting room and covered outdoor seating overlooking on property pond.
