Another happy customer and a great addition to an already awesome storefront! 🎨❄️

We recently installed a new LG HVAC system for , helping create a more comfortable shopping experience for everyone who walks through the door. With Florida heat, their customers can now browse, shop, and stay cool in comfort.

We also have to mention how great this unit looks against the mural. St. Pete always finds a way to turn everyday spaces into art, and this installation fits right into the city’s creative vibe. It’s one of the many reasons we love working in such an artsy and unique community.

just got a big upgrade.

We recently removed (2) old 15-ton RTU package A/C units and replaced them with (4) 8-ton high-efficiency LG heat pump split systems. Bigger job, more labor, more materials — but the results were worth it.

The customer now has:
✅ Nearly double the efficiency
✅ Longer equipment life
✅ Better temperature control
✅ Redundancy with multiple systems
✅ Twice the warranty coverage

Old technology out. High-efficiency inverter technology in.

These projects take a lot of planning, electrical upgrades, refrigerant piping, and long install days — but delivering a better long-term solution for our customers is always the goal.

🔥 This is why regular HVAC maintenance matters. 🔥

One of our recent customers called us when their heat suddenly stopped working during a cold spell. What our technicians Jacob and Shaun discovered could have turned into something much worse — burnt wiring near the heating element that posed a serious fire risk.

Over time, HVAC systems naturally vibrate, and that vibration can loosen electrical connections. Left unchecked, those loose wires can overheat, fail, or even cause a fire.
