We’re excited to share that we officially broke ground on our Palm Grove Amenity Project in August 2025! Located in Lakewood Ranch, FL, this new development will feature a stunning 6,000 SF Clubhouse paired with two Resort-Style Pools.

Residents and Guests will also enjoy a dedicated 4,000 SF Fitness Center complete with a Workout Lawn, multiple Pickleball Courts, Shuffleboard areas, and Dog Parks for furry companions.

Progress is underway at our New Port Corners Active Adult Amenity project in New Port Richey, FL! We broke ground in April 2025 and we are looking forward to bringing the design to life. The 13,200 SF Clubhouse features a Fitness Center, Card Rooms, a Café, and more. As you walk outside, you can enjoy the bar and a 5,400 SF Resort Style Swimming Pool. We’re proud to announce that back in December 2024, we broke ground at Waterset Amenity in Apollo Beach, FL! The thoughtfully designed Clubhouse features a versatile Meeting Room, a Remote Workers Lounge perfect for productivity, and a fully-equipped Fitness Room to support an active lifestyle.
The Pool area offers a unique Beach Entry, complete with designated Swimming Lanes. Outside, residents can enjoy the Pickleball Courts and a safe, turf-surrounded Play Area for the little ones.

We are proud to be making great strides on the Stonegate Amenity project in Palmetto, FL!
Since breaking ground in Summer 2024, our team has been hard at work bringing this stunning development to life. The clubhouse will feature a spacious Great Room, Fitness Room, Indoor Kitchen, and a Lanai.
The resort-style pool is coming together with a beach entry, sun shelf, and swimming lanes, while Cabanas will line one side, offering shade and comfort. We're looking forward to seeing the project come together!

Check out one of our in-progress amenity centers at Stuart Crossing in Bartow, FL! We broke ground back in the middle of 2024 and it is exciting to see it coming together! Here’s a look at what’s in store:

Clubhouse – A nearly 5,000 SF space designed for both relaxation and gatherings.
Pickleball & Basketball Courts – Well-planned courts for both casual games and serious play.
Playground – A kid-friendly area built with safety and fun in mind.
Swimming Pool – A large, 2,450 SF pool designed for both recreation and relaxation.
