This week we got to waterproof a basement in Salem New Hampshire. We installed a new section of perimeter drain. We repaired some cracks on the foundation, and also waterproofed the walls and footing with black tar and added insulation to the walls for us to backfill.

What are helical piles? It’s a type of foundation we install our piers in less than a day and ready for you to frame your house, addition, deck, dock , flagpole, solar farm etc. We can also stabilize your settling foundation.

This small project included two bathrooms it wasn’t big at all but we had a time crunch where the client had just bought the home and wanted to move in within one week. We got it done and she moved in the following day after we finished the job well done crew!
