For twenty-five years we've offered the finest services and
experience to our customers in the Willamette Valley. Our team includes seven Service Technicians plus myself, Randy, the Office Manager-Owner. Five of our Service Technicians have over ten years of experience. With all of that experience, we have the skills to repair any problem. We are also a proud member of the HBA (Home Builders Association). This allows us to be informed about what is happening in the building community and benefits us in ways that helps us increase the quality of service we can provide. Our Commitment to You
Because our technicians are trained on all of our dealer products, we stand behind all the products and services we offer. Our goal is to see you completely satisfied. Since we only use factory recommended supplies, the repairs will last—meaning you'll never have to call us back. If we can’t fix the problem, it shouldn’t be fixed. When a repair isn’t in your best interest, we will tell you why. Often it’s because the conditions or future problems rule out a reliable repair. The last thing we want to do is waste our customer's time and money on a repair that simply won’t work. What We Repair

Although our office is in Salem, OR, 80% of our work is in Portland/Vancouver Metro area. The central location of our office makes it easy to reach all the areas we service. We cover the entire Willamette Valley along the I-5 corridor, from Longview, Washington to Medford, Oregon. We also do a lot of work in the I-84 corridor extending to The Dalles as well as from Astoria to Reedsport on the coast. Depending on the location of the job, we do have in-town and out-of-town prices. Who Uses Our Services
