With a beautiful day in the North Shore, MA, it’s a great reminder that fall is the best time to plant new gardens.

Ground temperatures cool much slower than air temperatures in the Fall allowing for a long season of root establishment and take a long time to warm in the spring meaning root growth and establishment takes longer in Spring than in Fall.

We love a good before an after. Our client has a love for lavender and boxwoods. We took her favorites plants and ran with it. Creating an English like garden that will grow in full sun and be low maintenance and have wonderful growth. In addition the Salem DLC team updated the lattice and framework. Then created a border to help with run off from the natural slope and add mini marble gravel for a trash & recycling station. The clients are happy, and so are we!
