CD Redding completed the 47,700 sq. ft. remodel of the Maps Credit Union Administration Building in Salem, OR.

Scope included HVAC system replacement with two new rooftop units, full interior renovations, modern aluminum and glass office entry systems, LED lighting upgrades, acoustic ceiling installation, open ceiling elements, and exterior refresh.

Completed by our team of Salem commercial contractors, delivering practical commercial construction solutions with strong project management construction oversight and long-term operational value.

We’re grateful for our role in the restoration of Simonka Place, Union Gospel Mission of Salem’s women and children’s shelter.

Simonka Place provides critical support for women and families experiencing homelessness, offering safe shelter, stability, and access to resources that help guests rebuild their lives.

Seeing families move back into their rooms, staff return to their workspaces, and the facility fully reopen is a meaningful milestone for everyone involved. Projects like this remind us why we do what we do: building spaces that serve people and strengthen our community.

We're thankful for organizations like Union Gospel Mission of Salem, who bring hope and support to individuals and families across the Willamette Valley. We’re grateful also for the many community donors and partners who helped make this restoration possible.

We recently wrapped construction on Oregon’s newest Class 1 Secure Residential Treatment Facility, with a ribbon cutting that brought together state, county, and city leadership. In attendance was Governor Tina Kotek, City of Salem Mayor Julie Hoy, City Councilors Linda Nishioka, Dr. Irvin M. Brown, and Vanessa Nordyke, former City of Salem Mayor Chris Hoy, Marion County Commissioners Daniell Bethell and Colm Willis, and Polk County Commissioner Jeremy Gordon. Thank you to all that attended.

The facility adds critical mental health treatment capacity and was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Built for safety, care, and long-term recovery, this project is a true investment in community health.
