The past year plus we have been developing this property and building our clients their dream home. There has been blood, sweat, and tears but we are almost complete!! The first photos were taken June 14th 2021. One year later……

The log cabin bathroom is completed!! The detail that has gone into this bathroom is incredible! The Hussey Corporation did an amazing job laying the tiles. The detail where the pebbles and wood meet in the floor is spectacular. Great design Rebecca Olsen!!

Garage build. Who doesn’t need more storage!! This is a single story garage with some shop space. It’s a great addition to this 1930’s South Salem home. I will post some completed photos once we are done.

Introducing Hans to the Bean Construction fleet. He still needs logos but the interior build is coming along nicely. I have built a combination of custom wood shelving and locking metal drawers to house all of my building materials and tools. The best part is I am building it as an adventure van as well. I added a second row of seating, a bed platform that’s easily removed for work days, a heater, fan, electrical system for lighting and accessories and soon to come an awning. I will be all set for work and play!!

The cabin bathroom is really coming together!! Mirror, a few back ordered tiles, and another set of doors going to the walk in closet and this will be ready for the Owners to enjoy.

Full home remodel. This is a 3 bed two bath home that was in desperate need of some updating!! Here are the before and during. We are done painting now and need to install the finishing touches. I will post more updates.
