Last week, the Advanced Exteriors & Glazing warehouse transformed into a winter wonderland for our annual Field Holiday Party. Our carpenters and glaziers came together for an afternoon of delicious food, drinks, gifts, and raffles as we celebrated another successful year.

A huge shoutout to the PerfectForms team for helping bring the holiday magic to life, and to our amazing vendor partners — Star Sales & Distributing Corp, White Cap, PACE Representatives, Inc., Focused Sales Associates, LLC, and AW Therrien — for generously donating raffle prizes that added to the fun.

But most of all, thank you to our field crews. You brave the elements, tackle challenges head-on, and take pride in every detail. Our success starts with you, and AEG wouldn’t be where we are without your dedication!

This week, we once again held our annual Foreman Appreciation Golf Tournament, in partnership with New England Finish Systems LLC, at the beautiful Crystal Lake Golf Club. This tournament isn’t just about a day on the course - it’s about recognizing the leadership, teamwork and dedication of our foremen throughout the year. These men and women ensure that our work is done safely, efficiently and to spec all while keeping pace with demanding deadlines.

We also want to thank the numerous sponsors who helped to make this day possible by providing food, fun and merch - especially Pace Representatives, Inc., Knight Wall Systems & Waltham Lumber. We’re proud of the culture we’re building – one that values putting people first and this tournament reflects that. Thank you again to all our foremen – great work deserves great recognition!

Project highlight:

Old Colony Phase 4 & 5, South Boston, MA

Part of a decade-long redevelopment of Old Colony in South Boston, Phases 4 and 5 were a complex mix of cladding to integrate the buildings into the surrounding neighborhoods. Between both buildings, Advanced Exteriors & Glazing’s scope of work included installing over 25,000 sf of Hardie siding, roughly 25,000 sf of Nichiha panel, 10,000 sf of OKO panels and over 25,000 sf of Alucobond ACM. All of which were installed along with a thermally broken rainscreen system. Our glazing scope included installing Kawneer’s curtain wall system on the interior and exterior of the building.

Seamless communication between estimators, engineering, and project managers within our own company reduces costly bottlenecks and lead-times. Managing these processes in-house eliminates delays caused by outsourcing, ensuring a timely response to changes and RFIs.

1515 Comm Ave, Brighton, MA

One of Advanced Exteriors & Glazing's largest undertakings of 2024, this development features a 7-story rental complex alongside an 8-story condominium building. Once completed, 1515 Comm Ave will offer over 250 luxury condos and rental units, continuing to redefine urban living in the Boston area.

Led by Project Manager Zack Flanders, the skilled AEG field team installed:
