We do this same reminder every year, but here it is again:
If you are considering a major remodeling or construction project, start talking with us about it now. If you wait until the good weather is about upon us, your project is unlikely to be started and completed in the time you were hoping for. Contractors typically get swamped with requests for estimates in the springtime months and we are no different. If you want to start your project with the good weather, there is no reason to wait on the planning. DO IT NOW! Don't wait!

If you are considering a home improvement project, especially ones that involve the exterior of your house, now is the time to start planning. Too often home owner's put off serious planning until AFTER the good weather starts. The problem with that lies in the fact that there can be significant lead times from planning until the project can actually begin, due to plan preparation and the permit process. In addition to that, once the dry weather is upon us, a contractors schedule can fill up very rapidly, causing further delays. So if you are considering a project that you would like to COMPLETE during the summer, do yourself a favor and start the serious planning NOW!
