Sometimes the biggest thing we repair isn’t the equipment.

It’s the uncertainty that comes with it.

After discovering a leaking water heater that seemed to leave a new puddle every time it was cleaned up, Eli described feeling overwhelmed and anxious about what might happen next.

Grant, our plumbing manager, helped get everything moving that same day. Jacobo installed a new water heater, cleaned everything up, and left the space looking as though he’d never been there.

That ceiling stain could be a burst line soon. So ceiling stains is usually an indication that there has been some water on the ceiling before. Usually water running over dusty building construction or dusty debris which leaves that beautiful brown stain on your ceiling. So usually, you know, taltill sign that, or an early warning sign, I guess, if you will, of things to happen.

Rusty hot water is the warning you should not ignore. So Rusty hot water is usually a telltale sign that the glass lining inside of your tank has gradually deteriorated and once the water is sitting there unused for a prolonged period of time it takes on the rusty color of the rusted out tank. So it's usually a telltale sign that water heater is probably going to go bad at some point in the foreseeable future.
