pilot light keeps failing after storms. What does it mean? So pilot lights that go out during a storm is usually an indication that there was either an atmospheric change or a downward push of air through your down your venting system, ultimately pushing used exhaust fumes down onto your pilot light, basically burning out or getting rid of all of the oxygen in your combustion chamber, usually changing out a draft hood will typically help with that.

How can nighttime tank leaks ruin your floors fast?

Visit our website https://woodwardheating.com or call (503) 743-7224

Nighttime tank leaks that ruin floor fast. So sometimes what will happen is at nighttime when there is a larger demand on your water heater and it's reheating and heating itself continuously, your cast iron tank will expand potentially revealing microscopic cracks that then essentially leaks water out overnight as your water heater is trying to regenerate the hot water that it lost during usage.
