completes a commercial site redevelopment of the new headquarters in Peabody MA.

Project consisted of the partial demolition of the existing commercial building, an addition to the remaining structure, drainage alterations to a congested site boarding a vegetated intermittent stream. Special care was required to prevent storm water runoff pollution. Drainage systems included an infiltration system that recharges the storm water into the ground beneath the parking area and a rain garden with rip rap overflows that filter the onsite water before offsite discharge in the event of a heavy rainfall.

In addition to residential and mixed-use development Brennan Construction is capable of handling the repurposing of commercial sites, and is ready for your next commercial build. Zero setbacks and a congested part of this South Boston neighborhood required detailed attention with respect to the abutting properties and safety of this active pedestrian travel-way.
