Outside Sales Representative — Truss Sales

Position Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage customer accounts. If you’re currently working in the truss or lumber industry and looking for a company that values autonomy, clear earning potential, and upward mobility, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow both new and existing accounts.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular in-person visits.
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
Meet customer deadlines and internal project estimate deadlines.
Support internal sales processes and administrative tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring:

Required: Proven experience in the lumber or truss industry.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on integrity, respect, and diligence.
Willingness to adapt, ask for help, and work collaboratively.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary (Negotiable): $48,000 based on experience.
Uncapped commission structure with a clear, transparent plan.
Company-provided vehicle with gas card.
Company-provided laptop and cell phone.
