It’s a tough time of year, but our drivers are still rolling. Adra made a run to MS this week, and spent several hours with the truck and the delivery equipment stuck. The customer had to pay for a tow, but sent this note this morning:
“I wanted to give you an update for the delivery of the shed on Tuesday. As I’m sure Adra told you several times through the delivery process, it was not a simple delivery. The ground, while appearing acceptable on the top, was anything but ready underneath. We probably should have delayed the delivery.
My main purpose in sending this to you is to compliment Adra. He was very professional and did everything he could to work through difficult circumstances. With all that he endured, his attitude could have been on the bad side. But it wasn’t! In fact, Adra was so kind and helpful and seemed to always be in control of his emotions. Please let him know how much we appreciated him for everything he did to make the delivery successful.”
Not everyone is built to take a semi off-road, troubleshoot on the fly, and provide excellent customer service. But Safe Sheds drivers are unique. And, for anyone who ever rolls their eyes and says, “Kids these days just don’t know how to work,” you should know Adra represents the under-30 demographic very, very well!
