Finishing Touches on this Concrete Patio and drainage solution in Pelham NH.

Due to negative drainage towards the house, water ponding at the foundation was our clients main concern.

To address this issue and provide a usable space, we poured a concrete patio and walkway, sloping water away from the house. We also went ahead with a 4” french drain along the patio to divert the water away from the house and patio.

While on site we also went ahead and provided the client with a recycled asphalt driveway to improve their parking area, and reworked the boulder retaining wall to allow better access to the backyard.
