This is a unique project. CDOT struggles, due to housing, finding plow drivers in rural areas. So, CDOT is building employee housing, at a reduced rate for new and existing employees. This project is the first of a kind. I would anticipate many more like it in the future. And, of course, we completed the paving on it.

Paving yesterday at the Otero pump station. Great job of prep work by Pridemore Construction and concrete work by C&S Limited / Brian Sack. Sometimes it's unfair so much work is done to get to paving and then the only think people really see is the paving. Oh, and then, with only 3 trucks left to finish and one of our trucks snaps a driveline, blocking all access to our job and the pump station. This added almost 2 hours to the end of our job.

Finished the grading and paving for the Crested Butte waste water treatment plant. A challenging job due to the grade of the job. Most of this was designed at less than 0.5 % fall, which is virtually flat.
