This is "pour day" on a 4300 sqft residence utilizing composite ICF block. Spray foam and radiant heating in the slab; hard to beat!

So sad that wildfires are becoming so common. Big thanks to all those involved in getting this one contained.

This seems as good a time as any to plug ICCF. If you're building a home in the near future and wildfire mitigation isn't on your radar, please give it a second look! Happy to provide information to anyone, even if you're already set on using someone else!

Interlaken Fire was called 100% contained on June 24, 2024. Firefighters will continue to work on the fire until it is fully controlled and out. This will be the last post unless something significant happens.
