Proud of our crew for another job well done... and even happier knowing the Salina Area Technical College staff can get back to enjoying a cool building during this Kansas heat.

Behind every comfortable building is a lot of equipment working hard behind the scenes.

Our team recently partnered with Superior Pump & Electric Motor on a pump replacement at Salina Area Technical College, helping get an important part of the HVAC system back up and running after they lost the main cooling tower fan motor.

In the middle of a Kansas summer, projects like this make a big difference. We're proud to work alongside great teammates to help keep local facilities operating the way they should.

ACI Division Manager Josh Smith had the opportunity to connect with students at the AIM Center of Excellence mixer last week.

The AIM program is a six-week pre-apprenticeship that introduces participants to the world of aviation maintenance and the career paths within it.

Josh shared his own career journey, which also began in aviation maintenance, and enjoyed visiting with students about opportunities in the skilled trades and industrial technology.

It’s always great to see programs like AIM helping the next generation explore hands-on careers and build real-world skills.
