Positions Available:
Licensed Sheet Metal Workers: Must possess a valid MA Journeyman Sheet Metal License.
Entry Level Shop Positions: We are also looking for reliable individuals to join our shop team. Responsibilities include assisting with fabrication, material handling, shop organization, etc. Experience in a sheet metal shop is a plus but not always required.

**What we're looking for:**

* Proven experience working with sheet metal (fabrication, assembly, etc.)
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
* Proficiency in using sheet metal tools and equipment (e.g., shears, brakes, welders)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
