We are seeking a part time office assistant to join our team. Duties will include but not be limited to;

Answering phones, transferring calls, greeting visitors.

Copying, scanning, printing and filing documents.

Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintaining inventory levels of kitchen/office supplies.

Running occasional business related errands.

Perform some data entry.

Some general house keeping.

Able to work as part of a team.

Able to complete assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

Ability to multi task is essential.

Friendly and positive attitude is a must.
