Good afternoon to get some training on and keep up to date on Schluter Systems newest products. Doesn't matter how many showers we've done or how much tile we've set, never hurts to brush up and network with some other local contractors and sales reps. Wrapped up this new outdoor pool area last week. The last photos show just how bad it really was.Tore down this rotted pergola and framed a new roof wrapped with cedar shingles and topped it off with 2 copper spires to match the other building on the property we built years ago. The inside is finished with Azek PVC trim and PVC tongue and groove planks. We didn't build the first one, but this one won't rot. While we were there the homeowner even asked us to build him a custom storage cabinet for his garage

a few weeks since the last update on this old home on Camden Avenue. Paint is on the walls and the windows have all been wrapped with custom trim. That was fun considering the home is about 103 years old🫠 Hanging interior doors tomorrow and finishing up the last of the window and door trim. Downstairs floors are getting resurfaced and new LVP in the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs. Kitchen cabinets are coming in soon as well as a new tiled shower. We'll also be building a custom

Finished up on the 1600s farmhouse and moved on to the mid 1700s schoolhouse that we are converting into a guest house. Each side will have 4 large windows, board and batten siding, as well as a custom made coopala/bell tower on main roof.
