Senior Project Manager – Steel Building Er****on
North Salt Lake, UT

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with real construction experience who can manage PEMB projects, coordinate crews and equipment, and help us grow our steel er****on division.

What you will do
• Manage PEMB projects from start to finish
• Read plans and understand anchor bolts, framing layouts, and sheeting details
• Schedule crews, equipment, and deliveries
• Track budgets, labor hours, and change orders
• Create RFIs and review submittals
• Work directly with GCs and help generate new work

What we are looking for
• Experience in structural steel, PEMB, or commercial construction
• Strong communication and scheduling skills
• Ability to read drawings and plan sequencing
• Computer literate and organized
• Someone reliable who wants long term growth
• Sales or business development experience is a plus
