Kristina is a student at the University of Utah studying Biomedical Engineering and Business Administration. Since January 2019, Kristina has been working on the development of UV Sense after realizing the toll that sun damage has taken on not only one in five Americans, but also her family. Kristina has brought countless new ideas for the UV Sense concept into fruition through her creativity, intelligence, and hard work, and diligently tailors the product to precisely and effectively meet the needs she has witnessed. Kristina values equality in healthcare and bringing healthcare to underrepresented communities, and hopes that affordability in healthcare can begin with user-oriented biomedical technology like UV Sense. Her commitment to UV Sense is unparalleled and will undoubtedly bring an equitable and effective solution to the problem of skin cancer.
