Watching this build come to life through all of the drone footage has been something truly special.

This massive barndominium is a prime example of what’s possible when you step outside the boundaries of traditional residential construction. From thoughtful floor plan design & incredible open spaces, to luxury finish selections sealed inside this steel hybrid framework system, every detail has been carefully planned to create something one of a kind.

This project is proof that non traditional construction doesn’t mean compromising quality, it means expanding possibilities. Excited to see the framing phase wrap up and even more excited to watch this one come to life over the next few months.

The Ironwood team broke ground yesterday on another Custom Home, this time out in Bronte, TX, and the setting alone makes this build one to watch.

This 2,900 sq ft farmhouse will utilize traditional wood framing with a 3 bed / 2 bath layout, perched on a hillside with sweeping ranch views that remind you exactly why people build out here in the first place.

Site work is officially underway, and this one comes with some interesting challenges.

We’re cutting down 4 ft to reach our designated home site elevation, and we’ll be constructing a retaining wall along part of the perimeter to properly manage drainage and tie the whole site together.

Getting the groundwork right is what sets the rest of the build up for success, and that’s exactly how we approach it.

From raw land to handing over the keys, every decision on this project is being made with the finished product in mind. We can’t wait to show you how this one unfolds.
