We are proud to announce that Nacho's Restaurant Cantina And Grill has been named the Concho Valley region’s 2024 Local Employer of Excellence by the Texas Workforce Commission! 🌟

The award was presented at the 27th Annual Texas Workforce Conference held in Grapevine, TX, recognizing employers who positively impact workers, communities, and the state through partnerships with Texas Workforce Solutions.

Since 2019, Nacho’s has partnered with Workforce Solutions Concho Valley, making a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals by:

▪️ Enhancing communication, teamwork, and social skills among youth.
▪️ Participating in the Summer Earn and Learn program, helping students with disabilities gain work readiness training and experience.
▪️ Preparing 15 students for post-high school employment, with three being hired and retained by the restaurant!
