Site work is officially underway for a new Ironwood custom home build.

Our crew is cutting 4 feet into the hillside and bringing in a couple feet of fill to establish the homesite just right.

We’ll be installing a retaining wall along the side and back perimeter with a French drain system to manage drainage long-term, then building the house pad and pouring the foundation.

One of our skid steers is handling the bulk of excavation now, and next week the blade, roller, and water truck roll out to prep subgrade, finish grade, and get that pad built right.

The foundation is coming soon.

This solar client’s site monitoring camera caught severe flooding and drainage failures at one of their substations, and once we saw the extent of it, we got to work. The Terratek team moved in, assessed the situation, and corrected the issue with a new built up road, and the installation of 6 French drains.
The results speak for themselves. When critical infrastructure problems arise, we’re the crew you want on the job.
