Unit was giving out 80° and low and behold we found a bad capacitor.

Replaced it and unit is back up and running.

Found bad capacitor. Changed cap out and got the customer up and running.

Home owner said electric bill was high. Found a hole in roof of closet letting 107 degree air into unit when closet door was closed.

Found a leak in the condenser coil. We were able to repair it saving the customer from an expensive coil swap.

Customers unit wasn't cooling correctly. Unit had low air flow due to dirty evaporator coil and blower. We pulled and cleaned both evap coil and blower. System is back up and running and doing its job.

Changing out condensor fan motor and cleaning coil.

Found broken heat strips that was causing second heat strips to come on. Thus was causing the house to heat even when ac was running.
