Got my daughter riding along with me today while we tackled one of the toughest repairs in the HVAC industry—a heat pump reversing valve replacement.

This isn’t a quick fix. It requires recovering refrigerant, carefully brazing multiple copper connections in tight spaces, and managing extreme heat to protect the internal components of the valve. One small mistake can turn into a much bigger repair.

It’s always rewarding to solve challenging problems for our customers, and even better when I get to share a little of what I do with my daughter by my side.
