Meet the Team Monday: Tony Bonaparte 👷🏡

When you've spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, you've learned that quality is built one detail at a time.

Tony Bonaparte brings decades of experience in custom home building, construction management, and residential building to the Macaw Custom Homes team. Throughout his career, he's worn many hats—from builder and business owner to sales manager and operations manager—giving him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional home.

As part of our construction team, Tony is dedicated to ensuring every Macaw Custom Home is built with the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality our homeowners expect.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, golfing, and ranching. Construction is truly a family affair—both of his sons have followed in his footsteps and work in the construction industry as well.

With more than 15 years of experience in the home industry, Jesse brings a well-rounded perspective to the Macaw Custom Homes team.

From home renovations and home sales to project management and now business development, Jesse has experienced nearly every stage of the home-building process. That breadth of knowledge allows him to build meaningful relationships, answer questions with confidence, and help clients feel informed from the very beginning.

As our Business Development Manager, Jesse is passionate about connecting with homeowners, industry partners, and the community while helping families take the first steps toward building a custom home.

When he's not working, you'll likely find Jesse spending time with his wife and children, enjoying a round of golf, or exploring his latest 3D printing project. ⛳️

For Fernanda, every custom home begins with listening.

Originally from Costa Rica and with a background in architecture and interior design, she understands that every family has a unique vision for the place they'll call home. That's why she loves getting to know each client and helping guide them through one of life's most exciting journeys.

With more than 15 years of experience in design, client relations, and sales—and as a licensed Realtor since 2017—Fernanda brings creativity, knowledge, and genuine care to every conversation.

One of her greatest strengths is making clients feel at ease. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she's able to connect with families from a variety of backgrounds and help ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

Helping people create a home that's uniquely theirs isn't just her job—it's what she's passionate about.

Meet the Team Monday: Roger 🏡

Some people build homes. Roger builds relationships.

His passion for serving others began at a young age and has been the driving force throughout his career. After nearly 30 years in the restaurant industry, Roger found a new way to serve others by helping families navigate one of life's biggest milestones—building a custom home.

Today, Roger brings that same service-first mindset to every client he meets, taking the time to listen, answer questions, and guide families through the custom home-building journey with honesty and care.

Outside of work, Roger enjoys spending time with his grandson, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, hitting the golf course, and hanging out with his rescue pup, Lucy.

We're grateful for the experience, heart, and dedication Roger brings to the Macaw Custom Homes team every day.

Whether she's greeting you when you walk through our doors or answering your call with a friendly smile (yes, you can hear it!), Vanessa is the first point of contact for many of our clients. As our Office Manager, she helps keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly while making sure every client feels welcomed and taken care of.

Her positive attitude, organization, and willingness to help make her an essential part of the Macaw Custom Homes team.

Outside the office, Vanessa enjoys spending time with family and friends, loves a good plate of spaghetti, and never turns down the chance for a quick cat nap. 🍝😄
