Maza Construction is looking for skilled Finish Blade Operators / Motor Grader Operator in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Have a minimum of 3 years of finish blade / motor-blade operating experience

Must operate various types of heavy equipment in order to complete construction projects.

Must possess the ability to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, dedicated and hard working.

Perform a thorough, daily equipment inspection prior to use.
Submit equipment reports outlining any major repairs needed, broken or improperly working parts, etc.

Must pass drug test.

Diesel mechanic for heavy Machinery

3 plus years’ experience in the Heavy Equipment Maintenance industry

Provide own hand tools to perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment (larger tools supplied by company

Self-motivated and capable of following directions and effectively work in a team

Ability to work in a safety manner at all times

Ability to work on Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu other major equipment manufacturer machinery

Troubleshooting and/or diagnostic skills for: Engine, Transmission/Drivetrain, Hydraulic, Electrical, A/C, On Board Computer and Electronic Control Module

Flexibility and willingness to work weekends as needed
