2024 PSE Employee Appreciation

Last Friday, Power Source Electric hosted a luncheon to include door prizes, and raffle items in honor of our employees.

We celebrated our company's achievements and the employees who made them possible. PSE is extremely grateful and proud of our team for all the hard work and dedication they provide to our organization.

Furthermore, we would like to thank our host: Franky-G’s for accommodating our event.

Last week we teamed up with IEC San Antonio to attend the San Antonio Metro College Fair to speak to the next generation about electrical trade school.

Our goal is to have a voice on the same platform that college education does when it comes to providing career opportunities for the future.

IEC (Independent Electrical Contractors) offers quality educational programs, information, and services to help their contractors excel in today's market.

We were able to advocate and promote trades as a future career option while offering the opportunity for on-the-job training and electrical trade education. We also spoke about the different avenues one can take advantage of within the industry.

Thank you Alamo Heights High School for the opportunity. We greatly appreciate it!

Did you know that Power Source Electric is a member of IEC San Antonio ?

IEC (Independent Electrical Contractors) is a trade association made up of more than 3,200 merit shop electrical systems contractors within 55 chapters nationwide. They provide flagship education for the electrical trade and promote trades as primary options for life after High School or careers in general.

"IEC also works to initiate federal and state legislation
that makes the electrical industry safer and stronger."

As a member, Power Source Electric works with IEC to help advocate for and participate in the educational processes of the electrical trade. We also utilize the resources available to us such as advertisement, man share programs, continuing education classes, and much much more provided by IEC Greater San Antonio.
