Laser Cutting with Reposition Capabilities:
Mazak with 2KW Turbo Pulsed Laser (26ga. through 1/4” Plate most materials, reposition capabilities)
Rolling:
Gauged material though 1/2” Plate (minimum dia. ½” plate, 60” ID x 12’) (Gauged material can be rolled 7” and larger)
Both Cylinders and Cones • Angles rolled both leg IN and leg OUT. Flat Bars rolled the easy & hard ways. Forming:
Gauged material through 1/4” Plate x 12’ (thicker material when shorter)
400T X 16’ Pressbrake (rated for 3/8” A36 Plate by 16’)
Shearing:
• 26ga. though 1/4” Plate H.R.S. or S.S. x 12’
• Up to 1” Plate H.R.S. x 4’
