Full House Remodel.....Here are the before and after pics. I am a full on General Contractor and can do all of the trades. We replaced all of these items on this house: Roof with Lifetime shingle with ridge venting, Wood Siding, Real Wood Soffits with vents, all of the Windows and Doors including front and rear doors and sliding door, Hardwood Floors and Porcelain Tile flooring, Cabinets, Vanity, Sinks, Toilets, Granite Countertops, Baseboards, Door Casings, Window Sills, Ceiling Fans, Lighting fixtures, Mirrors, Tile Surround Tub, Walk-in Tile shower. The AC unit needed repairs but was only 4 yrs old and the hot water tank also needed an expansion tank installed. I also tore out a horrible wall making the kitchen feel way too small and got rid of the paneling on the walls. Termites had eaten away one wall that needed re-framed. We also had to Re-Level the house with 35 Concrete Piers because the Foundation was sinking. And, I converted from 1.5 baths to a full 2 baths. ALL FIXED UP. Sold in 3 days for more than List Price!!!

I got a flyer advertising Tiger Construction after the big storm in June, and I called them, along with two other companies, to give me an estimate. Tony came out and actually performed a better inspection than my insurance adjuster did. He found damage that State Farm had missed, documented the problems, and got State Farm to pay me an extra $10,000. My house now has a great-looking roof and brand new vinyl siding all around. Tony's crews were very friendly and very professional, and fixed all our nit-picking complaints. Their work was top-notch and they left the work sites cleaner than they were before the work. Overall, I am very pleased with Tiger Construction. I truly appreciate the extra effort Tony put into helping me.

After two hail storms, Tiger Construction replaced my roof, as well as repaired several areas of wood rot and damage. The work was excellent and finished in no time! Both Tony and Steven were wonderful to work with; professional, knowledgeable, plus, they went above and beyond when I needed more repairs before asking my house. This company is A+ and provides fantastic workmanship. Would definitely recommend!

Big Hail hit the northwest portion of San Antonio this morning. Hopefully everyone is ok. I perform Free inspections to see if you have enough damage to warrant a claim on your insurance. I'm an Ex-Adjuster, so I provide a well-trained eye for hail damage. We can also provide emergency repairs for any leaks. This picture is what your roof looks like after a hail storm.
