Some of the Axis team members got to get out for a little fun last weekend and hit some deep waters 36 miles out! Great team building experience and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time to come! Brandon still brings up the big shark he hooked but unfortunately got away… I’m sure we’ll be hearing about that for a while to come. Overall a great day out on the water and knowing we were a part of Ethan catching his very first fish is pretty awesome!! Andrew Wainscott

Had the pleasure of conducting our last site visit to Rancho Del Ray Ph 1 last week and these buildings are looking great! The team has done a great job getting these constructed. Building 2 is polished up and ready for incoming tenants while Bldg 3 is almost done with the shell! 1.2M square feet across 3 buildings. We love this stuff!!
