The 4.254-acre retail development has received plat approval from the ππ’ππ² π¨π ππ¨ππ«π§π ππ₯ππ§π§π’π§π & ππ¨π§π’π§π ππ¨π¦π¦π’π¬π¬π’π¨π§, marking an important step toward the development of approximately 35,000 square feet of neighborhood retail space along the Scenic Loop Road corridor.
