This past Friday, I worked with a client and friend to set intention for clearing ahead of a powerful transformation. I was blown away by the session because from the time we started speaking about it, through conversations with their spouse over a month, and continuing until this card pull at the end, the energy exchange spoke to rebirth. 🐻 🦴

This time of year, many cultural traditions honor similar themes, all tied to nature and human archetypes. When we seek our spiritual reset after Winter's scarcity, we must look within... enter our own dark cave... and engage in shadow work. This enables us to emerge, full of potential, and grounded before the next phase of growth. Spring demands our rebirth, and we deserve it 🍃🕊
