We recently wrapped up a total refresh for the County administrative offices! 🛠️

We tore out the outdated, high-traffic carpet and replaced it with heavy-duty, modern engineered flooring built to handle serious daily use. To cap it all off, we gave the walls a fresh coat of clean light gray paint to brighten the space and bring the vision together. 🎨

A commercial space should look as professional as the team working inside it. What do you think of this clean new look? Let us know below! 👇

We are thrilled to showcase this remarkable custom estate. Guests are greeted by a soaring 12-foot entryway that flows seamlessly into an expansive open-concept living area and chef's kitchen, anchored by a floor-to-ceiling focal fireplace.

The kitchen balances dramatic matte black upper cabinetry and contrast satin brass hardware against warm white oak lower cabinets and a magnificent oversized granite island. Every detail throughout the home has been thoughtfully curated—from statement chandeliers and designer plumbing fixtures to a spa-inspired primary suite featuring a standalone soaking tub and walk-in wet room shower.

Out back, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar overlooks an expansive lot with breathtaking views—crafted specifically for unforgettable family gatherings and refined living.

It’s Renovation Wednesday and the hardwood is officially in! 🪵✨

We are absolutely in love with the transformation of this space. The new wooden floors have completely changed the vibe, adding so much character and warmth to this large family room. The rich tones and natural grain have elevated the room's aesthetic, proving that true style starts from the ground up. 🏛️🙌

Did you know spray foam insulation does more than just fight the Texas heat? ☀️🛠️

It acts as a noise barrier, and actually makes a metal building stronger! Closed-cell spray foam doesn't just insulate; it bonds the entire structure together. As it expands, it sticks directly to the metal panels, framing, and purlins. Once it cures, it creates a solid, locked-in system that prevents panels from flexing.

The result? A sturdier building that better resists lateral forces—like strong Texas winds and storms—while keeping your space ice-cold all summer long. 🧊💪
