We are officially on the home stretch for this 5,751 sq. ft. custom build, and the vision is coming together beautifully! ✨ We are obsessed with the contrast of the matte black and organic wood tones paired with brushed gold fixtures. Every detail, from the faucets to the statement lighting, was chosen to elevate the space. The elegant black and gold lighting ties the entire aesthetic together for a look that feels sophisticated, warm, and completely unique.

We are absolutely in love with the transformation of this space. The new wooden floors have completely changed the vibe, adding so much character and warmth to this large family room. It acts as a noise barrier, and actually makes a metal building stronger! Closed-cell spray foam doesn't just insulate; it bonds the entire structure together. As it expands, it sticks directly to the metal panels, framing, and purlins. Once it cures, it creates a solid, locked-in system that prevents panels from flexing.
