Someone installed solar lights to make these outdoor steps safer. Unfortunately, the lights shine directly upward, creating glare that can make it difficult to see the steps, especially when walking down.
Ironically, the lights installed on the handrails provide a much safer approach by illuminating the steps without shining directly into your eyes.
