We had just completed a fun project. Provided Greenheck Exhaust Fan and all air ducts for installation. As well as installed necessary dampers for new air devises. Provided necessary HVAC and maintain RTU's and filters for this project.

We are seeking a dynamic and hard-working individual to join our team as an HVAC. Estimator. We service Bexar County and surrounding areas and specialize in installation, services, and repair of air condition, heating, ventilation, & refrigeration for residential and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities include: Evaluate bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that all items required are completed to successfully bid and win projects.

Essential Duties:
1- Must have at least five years of experience in estimating light commercial HVAC projects.
2- Must know how to read plans and blueprints to accurately delineate appropriate scope for Rough-in and Equipment selection
3- Communicate with vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost-effective solutions.
4- Aggressively follows-up with vendors and subcontractors to ensure that bids are received and accurate.
5- Submits bids and proposals by the bid / proposal deadline and follow up with GC’s.
6- Perform all Bid walkthroughs, Negotiate Change Orders

Job Qualifications:
1- Ability to collaborate across functions to manage cost and price factors that influence customer acquisition, retention, and revenue
2- Excellent verbal and written skills, Trustworthy.
3- Knowledge of estimating software; Plan Swift, etc.
4- Professional, ethical, and a team player willing to grow with the company
5- Adaptability 'the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

Compensation: Employee’s choice: Full Time, Part Time, and / or Subcontractor. May also include commission.
