We’re back with our Project Spotlight series! This time, showcasing a medical office project we’re proud to share - Northeast Methodist Medical Office Building.

This approximately 75,000 s.f. three-story, medical office building pairs durable concrete tilt-wall construction with warm limestone detailing and refined aluminum composite panels. Big thanks to the talented team behind this project’s success!

FROM RENDERING TO REALITY ➡️ Check out one of our most recently constructed projects!

Kendall County EMS Station No. 3 is a new single-story building featuring fully integrated facilities for Emergency Medical Services, a satellite sheriff’s office, and a community meeting space. The EMS facilities include two ambulance bays, living quarters, kitchen/dining facility, day room, training room, and fitness area. Many thanks to the team that played a part in bringing this project to life!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: City of San Antonio St. Mary’s Street Police Station

This new 26,000 sq. ft. Police Station near downtown San Antonio houses Patrol, San Antonio Fear Free Environment (SAFFE), Property Crimes, and Crisis Response Team (CRT) Units to provide additional police presence and support to the citizens of San Antonio. Additionally, a community room and exterior amenities are available to neighborhood groups and to host police department outreach events.

Wrapping up our 🏆 Award Winning Project Spotlight Series🏆 with our latest award winner.

310 W Grayson, known as the Yacht Club, is a 7 tenant multi-use project. The size of the site is smaller than most small residential lots at around 6,200 sf. To most efficiently utilize the limited site size, double stacked 40’ long x 8’ wide salvaged shipping containers were placed on the two short edges of the site across from each other to define a courtyard space in the middle. Each shipping container holds one distinct tenant with food and retail tenants on the first floor and AIRBNB/hospitality tenants on the second floor. Retail/food truck sites are organized around the shared central courtyard.

This project received a 2024 Award in the Small Scale project category from the American Institute of Architects San Antonio!

🏆 Award Winning Project Spotlight Series🏆 day four!

This state-of-the-art facility provides San Antonio's senior citizens with the daily opportunity to interact, learn, play, exercise, relax, and dine - all under a single roof. Walker Ranch Senior Center was awarded the 2022 Mayor's Choice Award from the American Institute of Architects San Antonio, and has experienced an enthusiastic reception since its opening.

For today's 🏆 Award Winning Project Spotlight 🏆 we're featuring a multiple award winner!

City Hall East Entry Plaza was designed to provide equal access to all people while preserving the historic integrity of this important municipal landmark in San Antonio. The historic entry of the building had a grand stair from the plaza to the building with no access to the main entry for the disabled. The project provides a welcoming public gathering place that integrates accessibility into the fabric of the existing historic building.

It's day two of our 🏆 Award Winning Project Spotlight Series 🏆

Located on the site of the former Brooks Air Force Base, this project transforms 42 acres of underutilized flood land and drainage channels into a beautiful, engaging, and vibrant park that links Brooks to the San Antonio River. Greenline Park was awarded the 2019 Community Impact Award from the American Institute of Architects San Antonio, and a 2020 Merit Award from the American Society of Landscape Architects Texas Chapter.

This week we'll be sharing a new Project Spotlight Series featuring a selection of our firm's 🏆 Award Winning Projects 🏆

Today's featured project is a unique ranch retreat designed in the style of a camping compound with a series of 6 sleeping cabins and shared living spaces joined by a raised boardwalk. Chicolete Creek Ranch Retreat was honored with a Citation Award from the American Institute of Architects San Antonio in 2017.
