Absolutely great, In a time where you do not know who to trust when it comes to working on A/C, and not knowing if you are getting gouged on the price....Bob is exactly what we were looking for, quality work, good price, reliable, trustworthy. Bob actually cares about his customers your not just a "dollar" to him. NO ONE will ever touch my A/C unit but Bob's Cooling and Heating.
