Ran into Ryan Duarte today. I met this kid back in 2009. He's the son of one of my neighbors back then. While Ryan was in high-school he asked if he could go work with me. Started as a sweeper, then insulator, then drywaller and then a framer. As he became more knowledgeable he became an assistant supervisor and material handler.
Today he's one of the best sales reps at one of the biggest material and tool supply store in the Nation.
Congratulations Ryan, nice seeing you again buddy.
