Just finished this modern beauty in Palo Alto. The design works well on the compact lot and uses decorative screens to create privacy while filling the house with filtered light. The home includes a basement and offers plenty of space for the family.

We just finished another home in Hillsbourgh in partnership with Arcanum Architecture. It's in the farmhouse style with modern clean lines on the interior. It's a warm and inviting home that our client will be building memories in for years to come!

half way home on the basement at ciceroni lane. it's a technical build with 8- 20' soil tieback piers drilled into the side of the hill holding up a 23' retaining wall...looking forward to getting above ground to start the house foundation!

a collective sigh of relief as we delivered our playhouse on-time and in one piece to the stanford mall last saturday...no small task! we are one of 12 playhouses on display that will soon to go to auction for "dreams happen" benefiting rebuilding together - a non-profit rehabilitating homes and facilities for low income homeowners and neighbors. many thanks to our design partner - arcanum architecture - and all our subs and suppliers that donated their time and materials to support dreams happen. come check us out we are in front of bloomingdales!
