This spec home at 408 Avenida Presidio started with a full slab redo and turned into a 2,955 sq ft custom build designed to make the most of every inch…especially that view.

Clean lines, intentional design, and a layout that just works.

We redid the slab and are building a brand new 2,955 sq ft custom home from the ground up. And the view? Unreal.

Salty Turf update… we’re wrapping up the pro course 🙌

It’s one of those phases where everything finally starts to click. You can actually see the layout now, how it’s all going to play, how people are going to move through it.

A few details still to dial in, but we’re close. Like… really close.

This is the part that makes all the earlier work worth it. 👏

Complete transformation underway at our Laguna project.

This full remodel is moving fast—drywall is in, bathrooms are about to begin, and finishes are officially starting to take shape. Big things ahead on this one.

Designed in collaboration with Alder James, the revised floor plan is bringing a whole new life to this home—and we can’t wait to show you how it all comes together.

The pro course is really starting to take shape—clean lines, solid flow, and built for a legit challenge.

Let’s just say… the Jeep feature and VW bus are almost dialed in and it’s bringing all the fun, creative vibes to this project.

From dirt to design—this one’s been a blast to watch come together. Stay tuned… this is going to be a local favorite.
