With today's heat, we can't help but wish we were at our past project, Bay Club in Carmel Valley! ☀️ Our team had the pleasure of building an incredible space, including a full bar, spa, fire pits, and more—perfect for escaping this September heat. We're proud of the work we accomplished in creating a luxurious retreat for their members!

We are thrilled to announce that HED’s new San Diego office has been nominated for an Orchid in the San Diego Architectural Foundation (SDAF) Orchids and Onions Awards.

We are honored to have been chosen by our industry partner, HED to build out their new 8,500 SF office at Ampersand in Mission Valley. Congrats HED on your beautiful new home! Best wishes on taking home the award.

Each restaurant that we build brings its own unique charm and flavor, which is why the combination of restaurants that call The Portside Pier home make it such an iconic destination for both locals and tourists alike.
Here’s our personal PBG “Yelp” review!

Miguel’s: Known for its authentic Mexican cuisine and legendary white queso dip, Miguel’s is the perfect casual family spot for all things Mexican.

Ketch: With its fresh seafood and craft brews, Ketch offers a relaxed, beachy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. Ketch is perfect for happy hours with both clients and coworkers.

The Brigantine: A San Diego institution, The Brigantine is renowned for its classic surf and turf, providing a timeless dining experience with a view. The Brigantine is one of our go-to’s for client meetings and celebrations (it was our 2022 Holiday party venue!)

We are proud to have played a part in bringing these great restaurants to life, every detail matters when creating these types of spaces.

Active involvement in the preconstruction process ensures that we proactively address potential challenges, make necessary changes, and improve efficiencies throughout the project. Our drywall group offers value-driven and competitive bids for self-performed work, while also successfully partnering with other General Contractors. The value add here supports design, schedule, value engineering, cost, safety, and quality control.

We are excited to announce Andre Childers as our new President, as his predecessor, Jim Roherty, transitions to Board Member/Principal.

Having dedicated 23 years to PBG and gaining experience in various departments, Andre is more than ready for this new challenge. His primary focus will be on maintaining and growing a strong company culture, short-term and long-term business strategies, and industry partner relationships.

With a commitment to evolving and constant improvement, we are embracing the present and looking forward to the future for Andre and the entire PBG team.
