The DSA just published the 2023 Valuation Threshold today. It has been increased by $9,186 and it is effective tomorrow.

Every year, the Division of the State Architect (DSA) publishes the updated Valuation Threshold for alterations, structural repairs or additions to existing buildings in California. This year, the 2023 Valuation Threshold has been increased to $195,358.00 and is effective immediately.
